If at first you don’t succeed

You may (or may not) have noticed that my blog has been pretty quiet as of late – in fact, if I am being totally honest, this year has just been a struggle. I’ve not been able to make the time to really focus and make my blog how I want it to be. I don’t like the idea of putting out half-hearted posts just so I can say I have posted – I’d rather just not at all, which is what has happened.

I always take pictures and have content mind when on my travels, etc – it’s just pulling it together to create interesting and useful posts for you guys!

ANYWAY. I won’t go on about it too much (as I don’t want to bore you!) – but I’m planning to pick things up again – lots of new content and maybe a bit of a design/brand overhaul.

In other news, I will be moving in to a 2-bed house next week – YAY! Although renting is not ideal whilst saving, myself and the Mr decided to take the plunge and give it a go for 12 months. Trying to buy a house in Oxford is pretty much impossible without a huge deposit – all of you Londoners will understand the struggle here. Oxford is the most expensive place to live the in the UK, after London, of course!

I’m sooooooo excited and have already bought furniture, planned accessories and Christmas decorations (AHA!) – also my use of Pinterest has increased massively, especially with all of the gorgeous AW16 collections popping up!

There are lots of things to look forward to and although the Summer is leaving us, I can’t wait to for the cosy evenings with fluffy socks, oversized jumpers, sparkly lights, warm comfort food and mulled wine!!

Can’t wait to catch up with you all in the blogosphere!
