As much as I love a bit of snow, the last few days have made me realise how ready I am for Spring to arrive. Snow in December, great. Snow in February, not so great. It feels like it’s been cold forever at this point, and I’m really getting bored of wearing the same, dark jumpers to stop me from freezing to death (a tad dramatic!?).
It’s been while but I’m back – again, ha!
Honestly, I miss my blog so much but I just struggle to give it the love and attention it needs.
On a very rare sunny Sunday afternoon, I headed to Portabello restaurant in Oxford for a late lunch.
I have been making this soup for a while now, and it’s become a firm favourite at dinner times.
