As much as I love a bit of snow, the last few days have made me realise how ready I am for Spring to arrive. Snow in December, great. Snow in February, not so great.
It’s been while but I’m back – again, ha!
Honestly, I miss my blog so much but I just struggle to give it the love and attention it needs.
On a very rare sunny Sunday afternoon, I headed to Portabello restaurant in Oxford for a late lunch.
I have been making this soup for a while now, and it’s become a firm favourite at dinner times.
I love the Spring time. The flowers and trees are blooming, the temperature increases (slightly!) and the sun shines. Everything just looks prettier.
